Giorgi Antsukelидze (graffiti in photo) is a Georgian national hero who died in the 2008 Five-Day War. In 2022, the European Court of Human Rights found Russia responsible for his death and torture of 12 Georgian soldiers. Russia has refused to comply with ECHR rulings since March 2022.
